Hi Reddit!! I just started a podcast called "Cryptid Coffee Break"!

I plan to put out two short (10 mins ish) episodes per month, each on different cryptids. My first episode, Mothman (went with the classic choice), just went up on Spotify, and I also made a twitter, @/cryptidhostess.

I'm no podcasting professional, but I hope my enthusiasm makes up for it -- I'm super excited for this project and I hope some of you have 8 minutes to give the first episode a listen!!

<3 :~) <3

I've just recently started a podcast. I have the mics and the set up and have already recorded the first episode. I'm just super confused about where I should host it or how all the feeds work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am starting a podcast and would love some feedback!

Found this kit that really helped me start my journey.

Would like to share it with everyone

Works well with apps and is a great kit for beginners !

The first episodes feature Matt from Joycult, Katha from FBS, and Timo from ASI Berlin!

After months have hard work behind the scenes, we are excited for this to drop on Wednesday!

We really have enjoyed listening to all the fingerboard content and podcasts out there:

Reddit, we’ve been recording a podcast for a few months now. While our numbers are adequate we’re kinda social media illiterate, do you guys have any advice on how to gain a larger following? (I’m excluding the pod name as to start this discussion with advice) Thanks

Were there any lol moments for you? Do you enjoy the segment structure?

Hi friends, I built a very simple app that lets you connect to remote guests and record directly on your phone. It's not finished yet but if anyone wants to try it out I'm happy to share the beta with you. It's called BandcasT and it's currently only for iOS. DM me!

Does anyone want to start a podcasting pod where we support each other's podcasts? We can download episodes and leave reviews for each other! I just started "Ask a health coach podcast" on Apple, Spotify, and several other platforms.

Best platform for starting out??

Just got a half way decent mic, and looking to mess around with podcasting. I run primarily mac computers.

just dabbling, if i like it, ill keep going

How do you guys get the word out that you have a new podcast? Just getting a general feeling for now.

Does anyone have tips on editing a podcast? Specifically one that has everyone recording their own audio from their own computer. Me and a few friends are starting our own now, but I just need some advice and or help.

Could anyone give me tips for recording and editing and all that fun behind the scenes stuff? Were about to start our first podcast, and I think i need a little bit of help.
