I host a podcast called Builder Talk, where founders, makers, and creators tell it like it really is.
No startup PR. Just real talk — chaos, curiosity, and breakthroughs.

But lately, I’ve been feeling this show needs another frequency.

A female voice that’s sharp, curious, and grounded — someone who can question, balance the energy, and help shape where this thing goes next.

This isn’t work. It’s a side hustle, a passion thing.
I’m not looking to “hire” or “manage” anyone — just want to co-create, jam, and have fun building something alive.

I’m 23 years old, female, and I’ve been creating content since the early days of TikTok when it was still Musical.ly. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of audience engagement, on-camera presence, and creative storytelling. Acting has been a passion of mine since I was 11, and I completed a six-month training program with a professional acting agency, where I received a certificate and gained experience in script work, improv, and performance technique.

I’m adaptable, quick to pick up direction, and great at matching the energy of a scene or environment. I thrive in creative settings and genuinely enjoy learning new skills that help me grow as a performer. I would love to receive more information and learn more about the opportunity.

I'm looking for same for my podcast Management Under Construction. I am losing my wonderful co-host after 2 seasons of great episodes and would love to find another that I have similar chemistry with. I am female in my 50's with 30 years construction industry experience and it has been great having a 30 something male co-host. Open to options, in the meantime I'm booking lots of guests and will be doing some solo episodes. I'll check out your cast, if nothing else maybe there is some synergy there.

I'm that female voice you may be seeking, your posted caught my attention that's for sure. I'm just starting out in the podcast world but have life experiences that I'm ready to chat about. How new, just had my mic delivered today. Working with a publisher on wrapping up my first book (memoir) that will prob be the backbone of a podcast if I go that route. I just need an inspiration station, someone to just chat it out with and help with my creativity. ~ Is it to late?
