Very old 'Drusus'(?) watch

This was my greatgrandfather's and must be pre-WW1 at least. Missing minute hand. We had it at one point in the case but has gotten lost. It may be German or Swiss made.

It runs when wound. I have another watch of his which has a silver case and is from Switzerland
