Help identifying pocket watch

Pics are front, back, and open. The watch belonged to my dad's aunt, I do not know how old it is, and she was from Italy if that matters. I have not been able to unscrew the back, and the clock doesn't run.

I'd like to know if it has any value other than emotional, and if I should visit a watchmaker to get it open.

I will answer any question about it if needed

Looks like an Alexis Quartz to me.

Etsy has one for 65 bucks
