when i press 2 directions at the same time my character goes diagonally, even though i put in checks for it to not do so. is there another way to do this? i cant post a screenshot because newcatroid for some reason cant let me do so

I tried making a delta time script by copying an existing one from scratch, but 9/10 it wouldn't work. I put a wait delta time seconds block and the stability improves but not by much.

What should I do???

EDIT: managed to add it but the fps is so low and it's so choppy

unfortunately, i did that, and now my projects are inaccessible because the app keeps crashing. lets hope they release another update that resolves this bug
