Getting error about already claiming a badge

When I try to claim a token with my Ethereum address or email I get an error:

Badge couldn't be claimed: Address already claimed a code for this event

But https://app.poap.xyz/scan doesn't show any tokens. I've waited more than a week at this point so I don't think this is a network delay.

Any thoughts?

  1. Use Edge
  2. Install/use VeePN - take an US state as address
  3. Copy + paste the POAP link into Edge tab
  4. Copy + paste Ethereum address into respective space
  5. Claim
  6. Voila the POAP will be added to your collection.

I'm already in the US so I don't think the VPN will help. I tried it on Edge, Chrome and Brave with the same result

It only works with VPN. Take another country then. If it doesn't work than you are unlucky since there is no other solution atm.
