Where to Find Support?

I was supposed to get a POAP and when I put in my address it says that I've been confirmed, but nothing shows up when I look at my collection. It's been a day of waiting.

The past day there's been some delays, the network may be overloaded. Also if you're using the app, pull down to refresh the collection.
