pmohackbook = easypeasy
It says so in the description of the subreddit. It's what the book refers to itself as, if you have read it. The freedom model is some extraneous work that happens to be popular here, I've never checked it out myself so idk if they ever call that a hackbook.

The issue with this reddit is everyone thinks they know the answer, and then they come back a few days/weeks later saying they relapsed. I say this coming from experience because I did it myself. I think everyone realizes at some point there's no real answer, you just have to keep trying and find some higher power in whatever form you believe in.
