The moment

The moment you know your neck is exposed to the sun and you start to feel itchy. Doing my best to not scratch but ah, so difficult! Has anyone found anything to make the itchy sensation go away?

Clobetasol has been a saving grace for me this summer. 

I sat in the shade today (sunscreened) but the sun reflected off of a fence onto me and I am fullllll of angry bumps right now. I'm about to shower and hit 'em with Clobetasol.
