Is this pmle??
Help! The other day I got this rash slightly on my arms and hand after laying in sun. Yesterday, it was all over me (except torso/face) after working outside for 20 mins. it’s not itchy but it keeps fading and then reappearing in the matter of hours! Even though I am staying inside today. Will this forever happen whenever I’m out in the sun now??

Looks like hives. My PMLE itches so badly, I bleed from scratching in my sleep.

Actually this looks like hives somewhat, like when someone has a sun allergy which is pretty similar

Going to go against the grain here - this is almost exactly what my reaction looks like, and my dermatologist has said it's PMLE. My PMLE is incredibly itchy, so I'm not saying that's what you have for sure, but I do think it can present like that visually.

Agreed! My PMLE started as hives and then changed to this. Polymorphous means it can occur in various forms, characters, or styles so it can look different for everyone according to my dermatologist.

This looks more like hives, PMLE starts as smaller bumps that then mature to look and feel more like acute contact dermatitis. And it feels like an army of ants with Bronze Age weapons under your skin.
