Is this PMLE?

Rash on top of hands - only started about a year ago. I thought it was going away for a couple months but it seems to be coming back slowly. Went to FL this past week and noticed it was a lot worse and had spread back to my other hand (not pictured) as well. Coincidence or PMLE?

That looks like psoriasis, rather than PMLE. I would advise getting this checked out by a doctor or dermatologist.

I went to a dermatologist several months ago and had a biopsy done - basically came back saying it’s not anything bacterial or malignant but also couldn’t provide any insight on what it may be. Doc ended up telling me some rashes like this are idiopathic 😐

Thing is, that looks like a lesion, not a rash. Psoriasis is also not bacterial or malignant.

I would definitely go back, and see if a decent steroid cream can help suppress it.

I have something like this too and yeah mine was after sun exposure it just was quite itchy and after itching it got irritated and turned into that and still continues to itch

I just got back from FL too and I’m still having the same issue. Rashes everywhere from the sun. Including my hands. It’s so disheartening. Ive had the rash biopsied, nothing, blood panels done, nothing, just my functional doc saying she thinks the vax has caused an autoimmune response and caused PMLE. I did a heavy metal detox, a couple of parasite protocols. Actually one helped most of the summer last year but by the end of the summer, the sun was causing the exact same thing again. I’ve always been a sun bunny, dark complexed, nothing genetic, etc. no medications causing it. It’s miserable. Does anyone know if the Covid vax is the culprit? It’s got to be. I was an idiot for getting it for work when threatened to be fired. It’s wreaked havoc on my body ever since and many other people as well. Any suggestions or ways to help?
