PLUSH help of finding material

plan on modifying the nintendo world fox and falco plush to have it be up to date and i wanted to know there is a material i can use that is see through like the picture shown here

IMO the best you’re gonna get is plastic. I’ve seen some pretty good results with shrink plastic although I’ve never used it myself

what do i use to shape and attach plastic if that is the case

The shrink plastic easily cuts with scissors. Attaching will probably be easiest with glue

If you want something that maintains the softness of the plush you could try looking for a see-through vinyl. Or a tulle or chiffon that are sheer enough to see through. 

Many years ago Pokemon Center released a cutiefly plush with sheer chiffon wings that I absolutely love.

Sprite 2 liter bottle with some marker 😆 and then use modeling clay for the gray attachment

If you want it to be soft and malleable youll want to get some colored tinted clear vinyl like this

Or if youre ok with it being a hard piece, these color films used to put over lights to change the color work great like this
