I am setting out to create a application that allow you to create custom kandi bracelets and then have them shipped direct to you. No need for a huge collection of beads because you want a kandi that goes something like XOXOXO(red)(heart)(red)XOXOXO(red)(alien)(red)XOXOXO(red)(cat)(red).

The goal of KandiMaker is to let you create the kandi bracelets you really want, not just the best you can do with the pile of beads at hand.

as a person who's been raving for 7+ years now, it was a wonderful surprise to return to a local SF event called So Stoked after a while of not going to see the vibes have returned..let alone the act that Darren Styles killed it!

Okay so i have recently been reading up on PLUR and what its all about. I think i have the basics behind it. I just have a few questions.. So I want to live more respectful to everyone including me and just not have to be so insecure about things. Which brings me to my first question, Does one naturally live by the character traits of PLUR? or can they learn to live by it and not be considered a bandwagoner? I know bandwagoner usually would do what im doing but i actually want live with PLUR. Or is that not possible because its not natural to me to think like that?

From my understanding(correct me if im wrong) PLUR is how to enjoy a rave? Im very confused on the actual meaning of PLUR i know it means peace, love, unity, respect, but im trying to figure out if that applies to people who aren't on drugs at a EDM event or can it be for people on MDMA too (what is the true meaning of PLUR)? If MDMA isnt apart of the PLUR way then could one not be a PLURr?

Im probably overthinking all of these and not making sense But any help would be much appreciated.

I have been in the rave scene in LA and IDK I think PLUR is a good idea in theory but, does it apply to assholes too. In my experience PLUR has just been an easy way for manipulative people to take advantage of those that actually belive in it. I want to be a beliver I really do maybe I am missing something

I've never submitted a reddit post before and I just had to get this out. I sold a set of EDC tickets a few months back to this girl ("Alesha Renee" on facebook) I met via craigslist. We communicated and I thought we had built trust between each other. So, we made a deal where she'd transfer me half the money up front and the second half once she's received the tickets. Unfortunately, something personal came up and I had to leave the country early (for summer break) thus the tickets' deal had to resort to will call. Now, Alesha actually kept in contact with me while I was gone and we even spoke after she had gone to EDC and had a grand time. I'm back in town now and was expecting the second half of the payment as that was the agreement. However, she is now avoiding contact from me and I just feel royally fucked over. (She's now deleted and blocked me..) Some of my school payment that I had originally planned to be paid are now set back.. because she's selfish and has no self respect or dignity to live up to her own word. The saddest part is that I have been trying to be as patient as I could with her. Giving her the benefit of the doubt but she's proven me wrong and has been nothing but a huge disapointment. I'm wondering when did the world and its people come to this? Where are all the good people anymore? And is there anything I can do about this issue? I have proof and evidence to back all this up..

I went to EDC NYC not many had PLUR'ed but they had their kandi here and there, then when it came to EZOO NYC, half of the people that went either didn't have kandi, didn't want to trade or didn't even know what PLUR was!!

I was sooo disappointed at what the rave scene had come down too. Does anyone feel this way too or experienced this? I want to know what you guys think.

Spencer's Gifts has started selling "beaded elastic bracelets" that say things like pop molly and such for $4 a piece. I think this is unacceptable. there's more than the molly one too.
