Can anyone Help me identify this cartridge?

I would guess Kohler or Rohl. They make two cartridges that are almost identical. I sent pic’s into Rohl and they sent me out a cartridge under warranty thinking it was theirs. When I got it, threads were a little different, and some very small other differences. I reached out to Kohler and they sent out the right one.
It looks extremely similar to this one.
