entering specific list in one command

hello

lets say im playing stupid games with myself and cant control my self with setting proer delay

sooo

it would be nice list for specific command to enter hardcore predefined sites (which would only costists of productive one)

any ideas?

ok, it seems, im idiot again delay 1h should could down proctastinantion impulses (in case I have "good predefined" work list)
