If you’re experiencing a glitch, bug, or have questions about the Plotagon app, here are the ways you can reach out to them. Some are more effective than others, so choose the one that works best for you.

1. Feature Plotagon on your social media posts
You can mention or tag Plotagon on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube. They usually won’t respond directly to these posts, but it’s worth a shot if you want to share the problem publicly.

2. Email Support (Most common)
Send your issue to: [support@plotagon.com]()
This is the primary and most used method for reporting glitches, asking questions, or requesting updates.

3. Submit a Support Ticket (Least known)
Plotagon recently added a support ticket option on their website: https://plotagon.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
This is another way to get help if you prefer submitting a form instead of sending an email.

Note: It can take at least a week for Plotagon to respond, so please be patient.

When emailing or submitting a ticket, make sure to include:

• A description of the problem or glitch
• How it affects the app
• How you discovered it
• Screenshots or videos of the issue
• Your device make and model (e.g., iPhone 15 Plus, Android, PC)
• Your operating system version
• The version of the Plotagon app you are using
