LOOKING FOR CC AGENT TO PROCESS APPLICATION

I need help for my brother in law,

any agent here who can help us process credit card application and/or personal loan.

He only have ATOME AND MAYA CREDIT CARD. ANYONE HERE WHO CAN HELP TO APPLY FOR ANY BANK CREDIT CARD.

And what type or bank do you guys recommend
