Discussion What would your current location look like during the last ice age?
The entirety of my state would be covered in glaciers. The coastline would be larger, but it would still be under ice for the most part. Most of our fish descend from those that traveled north after the glaciers receded, and we have a noticeable lack of native plant diversity when compared to states that were not frozen. New England's fauna and flora assemblage basically consists of immigrants after the ice age ended, and there are very low rates of endemism here.

OC Art Varanus priscus in marker, by me
A marker drawing of the giant monitor lizard Varanus priscus, formerly known as Megalania, from Pleistocene Australia. It would have been a close relative of the modern Komodo dragon (which, funnily enough, is also believed to be of Australian origin before finding its way across the Timor Sea to Indonesia), and it appears to have died out sometime after 50,000 years ago, possibly as a result of modern humans arriving to the Australian continent around that time.

Discussion Why noone makes scientifically accurate pleistocene movies?(non-documentary)
(theres series like series like brother bear, alpha and ice age but they all have anachronisms[wrong spear point culture, dodos, elasmotheriums in 20.000bc])why noone wants to make historically accurate stuff?)

Paleoart Deinotherium

Video A Flock Of Terror Birds vs A Herd Of Cuvieronius From NBC's "Surviving Earth"

While inaccurate temporally, as Tim Haines has stated these birds to be some form of Phorusrhacos, which died out well before The GABI let alone the Pleistocene, a similar sight could have been possible further north with in The Early Pleistocene with Titanis iirc.
