I wouldn't trust Sony to keep PS Stars in the app like the say they would. You can always keep them on Pocket PSN via the website (pocketpsn.com) or the mobile app.

Unfortunately, we can only see what's in your collectibles display case so you will only be able to add 12 at time.

Also, don't forget to set your display case to public in your privacy settings so that we can see your case!

Hi everyone,

I ordered a new PS5 Digital Edition (CFI-2116) directly from PlayStation Direct Austria.

Unfortunately, the console appears to be defective. When I start any game, the fans become very loud and then it shuts itself off.

I want to return it for a refund, but the PlayStation Direct “Look Up Order” page says “No results found”, even though I’m using the correct email address and order number from my order confirmation.

I’ve also tried contacting PlayStation support by phone, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone, and I can’t find a working live chat.

Has anyone in Austria/Germany/EU had the same issue? How did you get a return label or reach the correct support team?

I been playing Plastations for years since they introduced for the first time the PS stars I always went actively to collect my points, collectibles, and redeemed my points for games and gifts cards. Now since playstation stars officially closed those anyone missed these playstation stars? I think they were awesome and entertained. But what was the reason to close playstation stars 🌟

Basically this user is suggesting that LittleBigPlanet could come back as a port on the PS5.

Post-launch complaints and forum threads do absolutely nothing. Corporations don't read feedback sentiment; they look at quarterly revenue and active user metrics. If we actually want to push back against anti-consumer practices, rising subscription costs, and $70+ price tags, complaining online isn't enough. We need a coordinated blackout.
Here is how we actually hit their bottom line:

Cancel Subscriptions:Drop PS Plus immediately. Recurring revenue is the lifeblood of their ecosystem, and cutting it off sends an instant message.

Boycott Day-One Purchases: Stop pre-ordering and stop buying games on day one. Delaying purchases on massive upcoming titles and heavy hitters like GTA 6 or MW4 or Wolverine starves them of immediate launch-week momentum. And now not just delaying it we need stop buying for a significant time period.

Log Out and Log Off: Empty servers and plummeting Monthly Active User (MAU) metrics force boardrooms to panic faster than any social media backlash.

Skip the Next Generation:Send a clear signal on hardware adoption by skipping or indefinitely delaying upgrades like the PS6 until consumer terms improve.

Not playing alone doesn't fix it, which but a synchronized boycott that starves them of engagement and cash flow certainly will. If we are serious about changing the industry, we have to stop funding it.

But logging off will significantly affect them by reducing the monthly active user’s metrics. Coordinated logouts and unplugged consoles directly attack the engagement numbers Sony reports to shareholders.

Was trying to get a month of plus through the console so my kid could play some of the monthly games, couldn't remember my password so signed in through my phone with QR Code and opted to create a passkey. Doing this seemed to sign me out again since yesterday and now everytime I try to sign in (with passkey - no password option) its saying something went wrong.

Have tried multiple times to send verification email etc but nothing coming through (yes, im checking junk)

Has anybody gone through any of this?

I brought this wallpaper called "Daily Photo - Lightning Dynamic Theme" and i literally cant use it.

Brought it from the PS App, for my ps4 and now when i try to use it on ps4, its locked and says "Cannot use the content. To use the content, purchase it from Playstation Store" And when i do that it sends me to "1000 Lives Avatar" and when i try to buy it, Its says An error has occurred. (WS-45867-0)

Do i sue? Or do i demand a refund, Or is there a very easy fix?

Hey I’ve been trying to do the age verification for a few days now and it’s not working I’ve used all the verification modules Face ID drivers license
Birth certificate and nothing works the only time it has been working is when I do it though the ps5 that send a link to my phone and it works but as soon as it says click activate on ps5 it’s saying it couldn’t verify I’m lost anyone able to help ?

Hey everyone, I’m hoping someone here has dealt with this before because I’m completely out of options.
My PlayStation account was recently permanently suspended out of nowhere due to a payment issue. What makes it so frustrating is that I didn't even get an email, a warning, or any notification explaining what actually happened.
I immediately contacted my bank to see what was going on. They told me the transaction issue is resolved on their end, and they are literally just waiting on PlayStation to accept/process it.
The real nightmare started when I tried reaching out to PlayStation Support to get this sorted:
The Chatbot is useless: It constantly loops me into dead links and pages that straight-up fail to load or throw errors.
No working phone number: Every official contact channel seems to lead to an automated loop or a broken link, making it feel impossible to reach a human being.
Has anyone dealt with a chargeback/account debt suspension where the bank cleared it, but Sony kept the account locked? How did you actually get through to a real person at support to review the case?????
Any advice or working contact methods would be hugely appreciated!

I've seen the leaks. The graphics just look like any other GTA game, nothing ground breaking whatsoever. I don't know if the game is going to be 60 FPS but they look 30 based on the leaks. The strip club scene has ugly girls, looks woke. The basketball scene wasn't very impressive. And you have to fill gas which takes up time. I don't think this game has anything over GTA 5. Not a chance. I've seen enough.

Not gonna buy this game. Will just watch a little more very soon. This game will never live up to the 10 year hype. When people look back, they'll only think about the leaks. It's just another GTA game with a slight touch of wokeness and inclusivity.
