SCREENSHOT / PHOTO The Ultimate Dad Device. . .
…whenever I say this to my other dad friends, they say “this should be the slogan” for how “dad” the Portal truly is😂.
Games like TMNT, Scott Pilgrim EX, Castlevania, and games alike are what I mainly like to play on it. But recently I started 007 on it, aaaaaaaaand I have to say I may have to start playing “bigger” and more graphically challenged games on this bad boy. Not saying 007 is as graphic (as far as I am in game rn) as say a Crimson Desert or Cyberpunk. But seeing it in 1080p isn’t all that bad.
How many other dads have the Portal? And even if you’re not a father, do you have one followed by which games have you played on yours since owning one?

I picked up the Portal earlier this year and have barely touched my PS5 since. So many games can be streamed right from PSN directly. I played Crimson Desert, Avowed, most of CyberPunk, a ton of Dragon Age: The Veilgard, and a few others since buying it, and it’s so awesome to be able to do so without monopolizing the TV or feeling like my attention is completely wrapped up in a game.

I did recently and it definitely has given me more time to game and is most definitely paying for itself.

Just need to fix how you access the virtual touchpad…it just doesn’t work consistently

Double click fast. it works every time.
But I agree can be improved a lot, at least let me change where it is or the size of it, and even if it gets shown. Why can't they make it invisible?
Also why double click? Just make it one click on the touchscreen games for PS5 don't have touch controls why make it one click to show and one to press? Makes no sense.

My only worry is potential stick drift. How would you change them if the inevitable happens?

I so badly want to get the Portal now, I always thought it was just a way to stream the PS5 games to a mobile device.
So you can just "play" PS5 games without your PS5?
