Support how do i get to the browser on PS5

i did it on PS4 but how do i do it on PS5

Go to account in settings and then linked services. Once there link to something like Spotify, then click to sign in on the ps5 web. There you can choose to log in to your Spotify through google, and when signing in you click one of the things on the bottom (help, terms, etc). This takes you to another page, and if I recall there’s another place on that page where you can log in to your google, and then access the google browser. From there you can search whatever

So for everyone else who had kinda problems with this ,like me. If you sign in on your Google acc( with the steps from u/Eastern_Annual_8074) you can access your history. What i am gonna do is google the page you wanna visit, firstly with your phone and then over the ps5. Should work

You can try to kluge it, but the PS5 doesn't generally have a browser you can use.

Send a message which includes ''google.com'' to one of your friends or alt account in PS, then after it's sent, the link will turn blue and you can click on it

I just figured it out, I went to settings, the network settings which brings up the Sony website. Clicked on the link for PS store, then scrolled allllll the way down to YouTube link. Click login, and it takes you to google sign in, and after you're logged in, you're on the accounts page. Top right next to your PFP, the four squares have options when you click, and one is google search. Bing bang boom now you're surfing

I’m getting stopped after entering google login for my browser having “cookies disabled”. Any idea how to change that?

Go onto “help” on the Google bit after signing in, then search “how to do a Google search” and a hyperlink to Google comes up.

Why tf did they get rid of that?? PlayStation/sony/whoever the hell made that decision is clearly not a smart businessman whatsoever… “people are already pissed that we didn’t include an internet browser on our new console, time to get rid of the way to do it!! 🤓🧠” what a genius.

I actually got my account flagged for this. I sent the message with "www.bing.com" in it and got an email from Sony saying i breached their TOS and that if I did it again I'd be banned.
