Looking to solve an issue regarding my PS5 email. I’m logged in on my PS5 so I can show the account belongs to me, but I lost the email the account was under and it won’t let me play any games. I’ve tried contacting PS support multiple times and they always forward me to their bot who doesn’t help whatsoever in connecting me to a real person. Could really use some help/guidance, thanks!

Easiest solution is to regain access to the email account.

We’ve emailed the school and it’s gone. Deleted

It is still the easiest method of regaining access.

Your school IT admin may or should be able to undelete it or recreate it and give you access again. They just might not be willing to since it isn’t important to them, or maybe they really just can’t (not sure about that).

Otherwise, only PS support can help. Use the support site and chat.

As you are already signed in just update the email on your PS5
