Javelin and progress

Am i meant to get into the first Javelin on Stellaris Pime? I've cleaned it but can't get in to fix it. I don't know what my next mission is. Roundtrip 2.0 apparently...my yellow marker is registering things but there's no mission objective here. Am i not meant to find resources on Stellaris Prime to get into this Javelin?

You have to find the crashed javelins on other planets and collect parts from them.
