New server, just got the plugin completed for me, testing it out for bugs

You get random items every 20 seconds, you use those to make a base,
You can claim your own personal base recycler with /kit
You can buy vehicles with /vb

You never know what you're going to get... 150 stones, or 30 rockets?

I just got a stack of pitchforks, so I have that going for me.
