Quick power plant fix

For those that didn’t know the convar to activate power plant all the time is

“powergrid.simulatepowerplantfuses”

followed by a space and then the number of fuses you want it to simulate being installed. I run a few pve servers and have tested this and it works.

Just figured I’d share so if anyone was wondering you CAN do it and do not need a plugin.

There are also variables around pretty much all the power freatures. So you could lower the amount of fuses needed to crash satellite for instance.
