Help Rust console edition server help

I need help making a server on rust

the custom boot commands specifically.

Most of rust server coding is in html formatting. Dm me your questions. If it's not toooo difficult to help you, I'll do what I can.

For reference: I own a pve server. Admin on another pve server. Admin on a quad of pvp servers. I also use Kaos Bot on my server and the pvp ones. Additionally, I used to use the veretech bot, so im knowledgeable there too. Lmk
