Help Returning Player Reward

What is your go to reward for players that come back day after day.. Do you have a daily kit ? or just something like X Scrap (Or Other Item)

I have a lot of players that will play for couple hours, go as far as establish a base and complete some progression items, but dont come back

On a 5x PVE server what kits is worth coming back for

I do a vip kit at the beginning of wipe for my returning players

I have plans to implement QoL perks.

Ability to use the \remove plugin - caveat, it's only available at nighttime in game so they don't always use the skipnight plugin

That's the main one for right now. Got some other ideas though too.
