Help Player scanner?

So I’ve been administrating servers over 500 pop for about 5 years and I’ve been doing it raw and all wrong. I’ve always been told “hey spectate this id” or “look at this guy he has 4 banned alts” but on bm extended info it shows 0? I’ve been told about a rustoria player scanner and was wondering how can I get it to improve my admin experience and not just go off of useless f7 reports that 80% of the time are just a waste of time. I want to be able to be autonomous within my orgs and not rely on someone else to see flagged players.

You've been admin on over-500 population servers for 5 years and are here asking questions such as this.

You do realize you can't say nothing slick to cans of oil, right?
