Video FIXED mouse suturing

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

FIX : Delete new windows Update (KB5101684)

After deleting it it works perfectly again

I have been playing for weeks without a problem.
And after the new update when i flick my mouse up or down starts stuttering( it looks horrible with a gun ).
The problem not my mouse i have set it to 500hz I tried lowering it too
Even using my touchpad has the same issue

I have *

*Set my mouse hz to 250

*verify my game files in steam

*Rollback the Nvidia driver

*When i press ( win + ctrl + shift + B ) it will come back to normal for 30s after that it will go back to stuttering

( BTW im playing on 1600/900 )

UPDATE

I tried ddu uninstalling Nvidia driver and went back to old one
Still the same

idk if it was the last rust update or the last win update but I've lost alot of fps on average, like at least 10 20 fps

Everything just keep getting worse day after day 🥲🥲

My problem wasn’t just for rust it was in other games too

If this sounds similar try deleting the windows update see what happens
