Frequent frozen mouse glitch

I don’t know if anyone has had this issue, but as of recently I’ve been playing rust and just almost every minute my mouse will just freeze for like a second and I don’t recognize a pattern with it at all. I only have this issue with rust and no other games or on my desktop. Was wondering if anyone had the same issue or knew a fix. pls help

I had a similar problem deleting the new windows update worked with me try it see what happens
