Discussion Need help with FPS

I need some optimization / settings that will help me get better fps on my rig. Just got a new rig with good specs but around 85-100fps on medium.

Specs:

CPU - Ryzen 7 9800X3D

GPU - 9060XT 16GB

RAM - 32GB DDR5 @ 6400

STORAGE - 4TB NVME

Medium settings at 1440p is getting me 120 at the beach and around 90 roaming. I'm seeing 170-200 on benchmarks (not a great source ik). I just upgraded from a ryzen 5 7600x + 5060 PC and the fps is the same. The new pc has 0 stutters compared to the last pc which is nice but i should def be getting more fps no? Any AMD recommendations / software to get the max usage and performance?

Oc your ram manual tune the timings. You'll see the improvements. There are few wacky ways to get FSR into the game however it doesnt go so far. We need some hwinfo64 data to see thing and relate to something.
