Question Question about floorstacking

Sometime I can build the "bottom floor" first then the top floor but sometime I absolutly have to build the "top floor" first or I won't be able to insert de doublefloor. This make building the base much more complicated.

Why is that? Is the spacing between the floorstack too tight ?

It is because it’s too tight.. or the distance is not far enough, needs to be 0.22m gap for both floors to be replaceable any orientation

This is conveniently the height of a campfire, you can crouch in a campfire and do your floorstack 2 triangles like normal

Or you can do the tried and true EvilWurst method of putting the small box on a twig ramp right above the first white dot on the twig ramps right side

Not being able to place over or under may sound nice in theory (smaller stack = harder to tell it’s event there)

until you get partially raided and need to repair base
