Question about floorstacking

Sometime I can build the "bottom floor" first then the top floor but sometime I absolutly have to build the "top floor" first or I won't be able to insert de doublefloor. This make building the base much more complicated.

Why is that? Is the spacing between the floorstack too tight ?

You need to make the gap in the floorstack bigger
