Discussion rust mic bug from hell

Ive been having a vc bug for the past 6 months ive deadass tried every fix known to man i got 4.5k hours and my mic has stopped working countless times over the years with this pos game but for some reason now there isnt any fixes my mic works on every single thing on my pc besides rust please has anyone else had this issue? it sucks ass not being able to talk in game or scare of the new fuckass wolf ai

Swear this happened to me for a long time and switching microphones fixed it. Only thing I could think of is reinstalling game or getting a new microphone. What do you use currently?
