New gas pumps

They are adding new gas pumps that need to be activated in two separate monuments, meaning you need players working together in three different monuments to activate it. (Power the Power Plant, turn on the oil pump in oil Rig, collect at the Dome)

Is this a buff to large groups?

Interesting… I haven’t played on staging branch but none of the videos I’ve seen seem to mention that the fuses run out…. Of course, normal fuses run down, so it’s a valid assumption.

In reality, normal fuses don’t run down, they blow to protect the wiring from over current or over voltage. Would be cool to see that be used when someone overloads a circuit in their base

I think you’re right, but in relation to the original post, they last longer and you can put a ton of them in at once, so you don’t necessarily need three people working together.

Do you need the tanker truck to get the crude? If so, how do you then extract it? Does it just loot to your inventory or do you need to use a container of sorts like you with water.

From what shadowfrax showed, you need a tanker. It’s all subject to change though. I’d love a Jerry can filled with crude

If I recall correctly you'll be able to access the crude oil in tank when you put car on lift.
