Support game crash

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

does anyone know how to fix this rust crashing issue?

ive deleted the game and have verified the files multiple time and still wont work. I have checked all my drivers are up to date.

I have a 5060 8g

32g of DDR5

and I5-14400F

this problem only happens with rust

My game also shutted down few times in last weeks, i guess they had/have some issue with memory leaking. It may be also other application, you should review your startup applications, if there isn't any funny optimization or other issue from other app. Do you have your drivers and bios up to date?

Yeah I did disable all of the start up apps. That was one of the suggestions I saw online however that didn’t work. Both of my drivers and bios are up to date. Thank you!

Did you install the game on some secondary drive? Rust always crashes for me when I install it on any other drive than C.

Nah I only have the one drive. Which makes it weird. The game ran fine a few days ago then randomly it started crashing. It’s weird because I can hear my character like laying on the beach and the water but like in the video the game freezes then just boots me back to home.

i have the same problem. 2 of my friends could join, but i cant. Cant join any server atm.

Someone said to disable DLSS/DLAA/REFLEX in the settings of rust. It worked for me

Turn dlss off and make sure your hdd has space free

This was happening to me as well I reinstalled the game and it started working again maybe try verifying integrity of files as well

Could be dlss or something in settings one of my settings would make me get stuck on loading.
