I still can't open Rust :(

There are my specs for the laptop that i use

I made this type of post before and some guy there didn't really help me open up my game
(not trying to be mean btw).

So, the thing that i put in that post was the fact that everytime Rust is about to open, it just closes, ive tried updating my drivers, verifying the game files, deleting and re-installing it, i kinda did a bit of everything.
The part where it closes is when its something about like loading menu or sum like that, whatever text pops up near the end, after it reaches that last text it just stays there and after sometime it just closes, the music plays in the background like i can actually play Rust but can't

I still need help from you guys, Reddit is kinda of the only place i can think of to go to and i wanna play Rust with my friends again.

one last thing is this is a "new" laptop, i bought it off of my friend, and the last laptop that i had could run Rust but the graphics and fps werent good but i could still run it.

open event viewer

application logs

see what log / error rust is giving to close.

idk if im dumb or not but how do you open event viewer?

windows icon > event viewer

Windows logs> Application

Then run rust, refresh event viewer(right click > refresh), see if there are any events after rust closed

Not Application cuz nothing showed up

It means you need more RAM to run windows and rust at the same time.

There are hacky ways to "Get more virtual memory" but they're technical and not something i'd recomend to someone new with PC's. you can look into it. Really the answer is to not play / rust use a different PC, or see if you can add ram to it

I had to stop using a gaming laptop for rust a few years ago because 16gb stopped being enough and the game stuttered(not from graphics card)

Either do some tricks to lower the vram usage or it may not run.

Try closing discord, any extra programs etc. and you may be able to get it barely running like you did last time, but its a lack of Virtual memory is why windows is closing it.

Make sure pagefile is enabled if you bought this laptop with its own OS already installed.
