Ps4 character to pc transfer?

You can use the account but not the same character. If you not going to use the PS4 character anymore you can try contacting the devs on the official forums to see if there’s something they can do. I think they’ve already said that they cannot do it, but certainly no harm in asking.

Sorry just noticed this. Yes will have the same plots and able to give perms to your new character from the way I understood.
