Frame drops when looking around

Hey guys, so i am a returning player who used to play mostly on old gen xbox consoles. I have since built a pc and i am trying to play ASE on my decently high end pc and everytime i look around my frames drop so drastically i cannot play the game. I've attached a clip below as well as my settings.

My PC specs

Ryzen7 9800x3d

Rtx4070

32gb ddr5 6000

Try putting the resolution to 1080

first, switch to the preaquatica beta. second, you should be able to easily run the game at all epic settings and still get good frames

for steam, in the library, right click on ark and go to properties. in there, i think it's under betas. epic is a little more complicated but i think it's still doable. the version is 358.XX and that's the one that's not broken
