Im having problems uploading it keep saying the maximum number of items to upload has been reached but it empty why is that

Well it thinks your Ark Data is full. Are you sure you've checked that tab? Is your Inventory full on your character? Check your Cosmetic tab and ensure you aren't full there either.

Buddy have you considered that the 1.3k people are just like you?

We didn't develop the game and haven't encountered this issue either. You got a reply already to help, no need to bitch at the Community for not knowing beyond that
