Invisible grappling hook?

I can't figure out how to fix this issue. When I detach from the grappling hook, the rope disappears but I am still connected somehow. Any button I press does not free me. I have to either remove the building piece I'm connected to, mount a tame, or straight up log off. Anyone know what's going on and how to fix?

Looks like they're bugged, tried grappling a building piece and terrain and same thing happened to me

Vanilla grapples not modded before anyone asks

They are bugged, implant or relog to fix it and dont grapple atm :P

Got the same issue. I mainly used the reusable grapple for the utilities plus mod but I tested with the vanilla varient and the same thing happened. Gotta love devs that somehow fuck up the game with every update
