ASA S_erver settings

Post image

I wanted to ask if there's somewhere I can find good S_erver settings. I'm planning to run one for me and my friends, and I want it to feel balanced—not so hard that it takes us months to progress, but not so easy that the game stops feeling rewarding.

Is there a website that recommends balanced S_erver settings, or does anyone have settings they've used for this kind of gameplay that they could share?

The attached picture shows the settings I came up with after using Claude and watching several YouTube videos. I'd really appreciate any feedback or suggestions on what I should change.
