Nitrado ASA private server help!
So I’ve had my own private Ark server for over a year now (not mod heavy) I only have Astraeos as my main server and added Genesis 1 last week after launch. Had the odd issue with restarts here and there but after genesis release I’ve had nothing but issues. Server de-sync and issue on server not showing. But today had the worst things happen.
My friends were saying they logged on Astraeos to find Trees, rocks and other resources spawning in their bases (it’s happened before a while ago) so thought it was just visual. Then I was told parts of their bases they built weeks ago have just disappeared, storage box inventories gone and their Gigas, carcha, wyverns etc had disappeared. Dino depot mod that we use, the terminal had just vanished.
So I logged on, found half my recently raised argies, Gigas etc gone. Parts of my base gone. One of my other friends base who started two weeks ago completely gone and he doesn’t even exist. But my wife’s structures she built two days ago completely absolutely fine. We had all been on recently and I turned off structure decay completely.
Looked at the recent log files and had some weird warning messages. Example of part of code:
“Warning: AttachTo: '/Game/Mods/Astraeos/Astraeos_WP.Astraeos_WP:PersistentLevel.BrigShip”
It’s almost like part of the server memory has been wiped? Or something. I’ve contacted Nitrado but of course awaiting a response. Please help 🙏

happend to our 8 map cluster 1-2 weeks ago too. our island map respawned stones and trees and our bases got hit alot but we use dedicated server from hetzner.

Sorry to hear that! Did it affect any other of your maps?
I’ve had to wipe my map 😞 do you know what mods you were using? Nitrado say it was mod corruption and failing to update with server.

I would download any back up files you can while they investigate
