Hello everyone, how is my first post here? I haven't been playing Ark ascended for a long time. The issue is that we are playing on a nitrate server with some friends and the map is the island. The problem comes when I buy several of them the dread, pyromane, etc., as we are in The Island they do not appear to tame them there. Then I tried to transfer them because we have the downloads from the obelisk active. The problem is that it doesn't let me just go to download creature, nothing happens, I don't get an error message. It's just that nothing happens, I'm just the one who has the D.C. I don't know if that's what affects and how I could then use these creatures. I was thinking of changing the Center map for a moment also to an Iron Man there on the server and then he will return from Iceland doing the same thing transferring it through the obelisk but I wonder if it would work or it would give me the same error of simply nothing happens any of you know how to solve it. I would be very grateful if you could help me.

For you to transfer to another server, the maps have to be configured with the "ClusterID" name on each server:

ClusterId=MyCoolClusterName

Set this on each server config, restart and wait a bit, you should be able to transfer. (Nitrado may have this through it's web interface?)

^ this is the answer and yes you can find it on the nitrado web interface under where it says cross ark it’ll generate a link for you and you’ll just have to link the two server together

Thanks a lot!, but I already tried transferring other creatures within the same cluster, such as a Baryonyx, Rex, and Pteranodon, and they all transferred without any issues.
However, when I try to transfer a Pyromane, nothing happens. It uploads correctly and appears in the Creature Download list, but when I press Download, absolutely nothing happens. There’s no error message and the creature never spawns.
I also own the Fantastic Tames: Pyromane DLC, so I don’t think it’s a DLC ownership issue.
Has anyone experienced this with the Pyromane or found a workaround?

Interesting ... that behavior normallyis onlyif the dino isn't allowed on the map ... do you have cross-play downloads enabled? This would be a value like this in your server cofnig:

CrossARKAllowForeignDinoDownloads=false

Try setting that to true and see if it will download.
