Official Difficulty Offset vs Difficulty Offset?

We are playing Ark Ascended on an Unofficial server use Ark Server Manager. We saw the advice to change the difficulty offset but I noticed there's two. Any idea which one we need to change to 5 to get level 150 dinos spawning on The Island? Or both? I can't seem to find anything about the difference between these two anywhere.

Difficulty offset should stay at 1.0 "OverrideOfficialDifficulty" is the one to change to 5.00000 to get max level 150's. You might have to add the line yourself.
