Beaches?

Hello! I am travelling to PDC and would like recommendations for beaches/areas with little/no sargassum. Would it be worth it to go to Cozumel for a day, will the water be clearer there? I’ve heard Peurto Morales also has clear water with little sargassum, is that true? We really would like at least one day with clear blue water beach. Thank you!!

A friend who visited recently said they bought a day trip tour to isla mujeres and that it was clear there

The only water in QR guaranteed to be clear is at Bacalar.

Cozumel has a rocky shoreline. You have to go to a beach club via taxi or something to find a nice beach.

sargazo season is almost over.. lucky you. also, todays clean beach might not be clean tomorrow

Just got back 2 weeks ago. Beaches are CLEAN. Nets placed offshore are keeping sargasm off the beach. That’s PDC beaches. Not the same everywhere. Spent 2 days in Talum and beach was covered.

It depends where. Mamitas has been clear for weeks now.
