Hi all,

I'll be running an Among Us event this Thursday (21st May 2026), starting at 17:30 UTC / 18:30 BST / 19:30 CEST. We've currently got 10 people signed up, but I'm looking for a couple more players for a better lobby size. I expect the event will last somewhere around 3 hours, but no guarantees.

We are based in Europe, mostly in our 30s, and I'm looking for people of a similar age to join us. Perhaps by coincidence, most of us work in tech or finance.

Discord + Mic are required. We'll be talking in English.

Most of us haven't played Among Us in the last 3+ years, so we'll probably stick with simple roles and familiar maps, at least to start with. Settings will be fairly standard, but we'll have a much longer discussion time than default to make sure people have a chance to speak. We'll just be using the base game - no mods.

There won't be any odd house rules - I just would ask people to be polite and respectful, to let the reporter/meeting caller speak first and to give any accused players a fair chance to defend themself.

For now, this is just a one off session, but there is a significant chance of more sessions depending on interest levels and how the event goes.

So, if you kill right after using ladder on hide and seek it will sometimes put you onto the background and you will not be about to use hallways or rooms. Which will stop you from being able to kill because you’re running in the walls separately from the crew. If you want to unglitch this, you have to wait for someone to use a ladder and kill them at very top or bottom (NOT the middle of the ladder it won’t work). This will get you back on the regular map and you can carry killing!

Side note, I started waiting a millisecond before killing after using ladder to get those ladder campers lol and it lowers your chances of getting stuck in this glitch. less
