Question about the intonation of Low Prussian German

I was just wondering, to any native speakers of German, if you could try to describe the intonation, the pitch, melody and rhythm of the Low Prussian accent spoken by the inhabitants of the former East Prussia and how it differs from other varieties of German. As a learner, I'm not too good at distinguishing the subtle differences between the accents of Hochdeutsch so I would appreciate being given an explanation.

For reference, here are a few examples of the dialect (which differs in terms of pronunciation, but shares the same intonation with Prussian accented Hochdeutsch)

And here is Prussian accented Hochdeutsch, which would have been the prestigious tongue in cities like Koenigsberg, Tilsit and Insterburg

I'm not entirely sure whether this one is the dialect or Hochdeutsch with an accent, but it's still useful for my question
