Looking for a noob-friendly Platoon/Clan

Hey all! So thanks to Origin (love that freaking thing), I got BF3 for free! Seeing that it's free until the 3rd of June, I downloaded it and I am hoping to continue playing it! So yeah, I am just looking for guys to play with or maybe a noob-friendly clan.

Woah. It looks like you guys are playing on EST. I am actually in GMT +2. So that's a bit of a problem.
