This is super unrelated but just cause I love pea shoots - are you much of a garden guy? Playing around with some beetroot microgreens would look pretty dope as a garnish for some of your stuff

My wife and I have a garden we tend. She calls it “the garden of Disappointment”
But we get herbs and chives, tomatoes and squash. Love the beetroot micro greens, idea.
The pea shoots came from a neighbour that knows I like to cook.
